Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani – a sandy isthmus surrounded by the sea, reachable in 10 minutes by car. Sun, sea and wind make the location one of the most renowned in the world for lovers of windsurfing and kitesurfing
Porto Liscia is the closest beach and is 3 km away. It consists of golden sand of granite nature and is bathed by a transparent and crystalline sea with a shallow sandy bottom, it is very popular with windsurfers.
Porto Rafael - Contemporary to the Costa Smeralda, with which it shares the pioneering and original architectural inspiration, the small charming village enjoys great fame in the international jet-set. A walk in the characteristic Piazzetta is an unmissable must.
The Archipelago of La Maddalena – National Park with crystal clear waters and pristine beaches, easily reachable by boat directly from the port of Palau, which is 10 km from the Resort

The houses are located in a four-hectare land of natural greenery with wild olive trees and granite rocks. On the property there are corners for relaxation, walks, a fitness trail and natural play areas.
Among the greenery, about 20 meters away, are the swimming pool and sunbathing areas, outdoor showers and washing machine, covered parking and a vegetable garden. All in common with the other houses. The manor house and its garden are about thirty meters away.
The closest beach is 3 km away: Porto Liscia up to Porto Pollo
