04 - NETTUNO

All rates are per apartment (2 people), per night, with the exception of cottage 04 Nettuno which provides a supplement for 3rd / 4th / 5th person: € 35.00 per person, per night, applicable from 13 years upward. GUESTS FROM 0 to 12 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The following services are included: WIFI, independent heating / air conditioning, towels and linen, kitchenette with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer. Private parking. Everything necessary for the daily tidying up independently is included. There are dangerous animals on the property: 2 dogs, 3 cats, 5 bee hives and chickens. Some spaces are shared: parking lots, sundeck, garden. There are surveillance or recording devices inside the property – Video surveillance in the parking lots.

ATTENTION: MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS except in the period from 25 JULY to 21 AUGUST in which the MINIMUM STAY is 5 NIGHTS

Warning!
We inform you that the cost of the booking does not include the Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura. This amount of € 1.50 per person per day (from June to September) will be paid in cash to the owner of Borgo Lianti upon arrival.

Booking preferences:
Notice: same day up to 5 p.m.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 nights 25 Jul – 21 August)
Maximum stay: 90 nights

Preferences for the stay:
Check-in: 5-11 p.m
Check-out: 10 a.m

Cancellation policy:

To receive a full refund of the daily price, the guest must cancel the reservation within 48 hours of making it and at least 30 full days before the local check-in time indicated on the site (shown in the confirmation email).

If the guest makes a cancellation within 30 days from the check-in date, they will be entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the booking. The costs incurred for the booking service are non-refundable.
